Soulframe Library is an independent fan community project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Digital Extremes. The Soulframe name, logo, artwork, and all other intellectual property belong to Digital Extremes and are used on this site for informational purposes only.
1. Parties and Scope
These terms govern the relationship between people who visit or register on Soulframe Library and the volunteer community team that operates the site. By using the site you accept these terms. The site is offered in fifteen languages and the same terms apply in all of them.
2. Use of Content and Intellectual Property
Community-contributed content on this site is freely accessible; you may share and quote it provided you credit the source. The game's name, logo, artwork, and other intellectual property belong to their rights holders. Reproducing content for commercial purposes without attribution or permission is prohibited.
3. Membership and Account Security
Registration is optional and requires a valid email address with verification. You are responsible for the security of your account and password; actions taken through your account are deemed to be yours. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us without delay.
4. Contributions and User Obligations
Contributing users are required to share accurate, current, and impartial information, to add only content that does not infringe copyright, and to treat other community members with respect. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to any images you upload. Spam, deliberate misinformation, insults, and harassment are removed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Because the game is still in development, content is subject to change and may at times be out of date. Content is provided "as is"; accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. The operator cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
6. Suspension of Access
Accounts that act contrary to these terms or to the community rules may have their access restricted temporarily or permanently. In cases of serious breach, action may be taken without prior notice. On request, the reason for removed content or applied sanctions is communicated to the person concerned.
